1So king Solomon was king over all Israel.

7And Solomon had twelve officers over all Israel, which provided victuals for the king and his household: each man his month in a year made provision.
וְלִשְׁלֹמֹה שְׁנֵים־עָשָׂר נִצָּבִים עַל־כָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵל וְכִלְכְּלוּ אֶת־הַמֶּלֶךְ וְאֶת־בֵּיתֹו חֹדֶשׁ בַּשָּׁנָה יִהְיֶה עַל־ [אֶחָד כ] (הָאֶחָד ק) לְכַלְכֵּל׃ (4777)

8And these are their names: The son of Hur, in mount Ephraim:

9The son of Dekar, in Makaz, and in Shaalbim, and Bethshemesh, and Elonbethhanan:
בֶּן־דֶּקֶר בְּמָקַץ וּבְשַׁעַלְבִים וּבֵית שָׁמֶשׁ וְאֵילֹון בֵּית חָנָן׃ (2729)
10The son of Hesed, in Aruboth; to him pertained Sochoh, and all the land of Hepher:
בֶּן־חֶסֶד בָּאֲרֻבֹּות לֹו שֹׂכֹה וְכָל־אֶרֶץ חֵפֶר׃ (1731)
11The son of Abinadab, in all the region of Dor; which had Taphath the daughter of Solomon to wife:
בֶּן־אֲבִינָדָב כָּל־נָפַת דֹּאר טָפַת בַּת־שְׁלֹמֹה הָיְתָה לֹּו לְאִשָּׁה׃ (2964)
12Baana the son of Ahilud; to him pertained Taanach and Megiddo, and all Bethshean, which is by Zartanah beneath Jezreel, from Bethshean to Abelmeholah, even unto the place that is beyond Jokneam:
בַּעֲנָא בֶּן־אֲחִילוּד תַּעְנַךְ וּמְגִדֹּו וְכָל־בֵּית שְׁאָן אֲשֶׁר אֵצֶל צָרְתַנָה מִתַּחַת לְיִזְרְעֶאל מִבֵּית שְׁאָן עַד אָבֵל מְחֹולָה עַד מֵעֵבֶר לְיָקְמֳעָם׃ (5890)

16Baanah the son of Hushai was in Asher and in Aloth:
בַּעֲנָא בֶּן־חוּשָׁי בְּאָשֵׁר וּבְעָלֹות׃ (1516)

גֶּבֶר בֶּן־אֻרִי בְּאֶרֶץ גִּלְעָד אֶרֶץ סִיחֹון ׀ מֶלֶךְ הָאֱמֹרִי וְעֹג מֶלֶךְ הַבָּשָׁן וּנְצִיב אֶחָד אֲשֶׁר בָּאָרֶץ׃ (3130)
20Judah and Israel were many, as the sand which is by the sea in multitude, eating and drinking, and making merry.
יְהוּדָה וְיִשְׂרָאֵל רַבִּים כַּחֹול אֲשֶׁר־עַל־הַיָּם לָרֹב אֹכְלִים וְשֹׁתִים וּשְׂמֵחִים׃ (3042)

21And Solomon reigned over all kingdoms from the river unto the land of the Philistines, and unto the border of Egypt: they brought presents, and served Solomon all the days of his life.

עֲשָׂרָה בָקָר בְּרִאִים וְעֶשְׂרִים בָּקָר רְעִי וּמֵאָה צֹאן לְבַד מֵאַיָּל וּצְבִי וְיַחְמוּר וּבַרְבֻּרִים אֲבוּסִים׃ (3605)
24For he had dominion over all the region on this side the river, from Tiphsah even to Azzah, over all the kings on this side the river: and he had peace on all sides round about him.
כִּי־הוּא רֹדֶה ׀ בְּכָל־עֵבֶר הַנָּהָר מִתִּפְסַח וְעַד־עַזָּה בְּכָל־מַלְכֵי עֵבֶר הַנָּהָר וְשָׁלֹום הָיָה לֹו מִכָּל־עֲבָרָיו מִסָּבִיב׃ (3199)

26And Solomon had forty thousand stalls of horses for his chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen.

27And those officers provided victual for king Solomon, and for all that came unto king Solomon’s table, every man in his month: they lacked nothing.
וְכִלְכְּלוּ הַנִּצָּבִים הָאֵלֶּה אֶת־הַמֶּלֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹה וְאֵת כָּל־הַקָּרֵב אֶל־שֻׁלְחַן הַמֶּלֶךְ־שְׁלֹמֹה אִישׁ חָדְשֹׁו לֹא יְעַדְּרוּ דָּבָר׃ (4030)

28Barley also and straw for the horses and dromedaries brought they unto the place where the officers were, every man according to his charge.
וְהַשְּׂעֹרִים וְהַתֶּבֶן לַסּוּסִים וְלָרָכֶשׁ יָבִאוּ אֶל־הַמָּקֹום אֲשֶׁר יִהְיֶה־שָּׁם אִישׁ כְּמִשְׁפָּטֹו׃ (3734)
29And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea shore.
וַיִּתֵּן אֱלֹהִים חָכְמָה לִשְׁלֹמֹה וּתְבוּנָה הַרְבֵּה מְאֹד וְרֹחַב לֵב כַּחֹול אֲשֶׁר עַל־שְׂפַת הַיָּם׃ (3504)

32And he spake three thousand proverbs: and his songs were a thousand and five.

33And he spake of trees, from the cedar tree that is in Lebanon even unto the hyssop that springeth out of the wall: he spake also of beasts, and of fowl, and of creeping things, and of fishes.
וַיְדַבֵּר עַל־הָעֵצִים מִן־הָאֶרֶז אֲשֶׁר בַּלְּבָנֹון וְעַד הָאֵזֹוב אֲשֶׁר יֹצֵא בַּקִּיר וַיְדַבֵּר עַל־הַבְּהֵמָה וְעַל־הָעֹוף וְעַל־הָרֶמֶשׂ וְעַל־הַדָּגִים׃ (3961)
