It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of musick, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the LORD;

Now when Athaliah heard the noise of the people running and praising the king, she came to the people into the house of the LORD:

And they sang together by course in praising and giving thanks unto the LORD; because he is good, for his mercy endureth for ever toward Israel. And all the people shouted with a great shout, when they praised the LORD, because the foundation of the house of the LORD was laid.

And they went every man to his house praising God.

And Adam said to Eve, "Look at thine eyes, and at mine, which afore beheld angels in heaven, praising; and they, too, without ceasing.

When Adam and Eve had heard these words from God, they went their way; praising and worshipping Him with a sorrowful heart.

And I became near to Him, praising and confessing Him;

And made me stand on my feet in the height of the Lord, before His perfection and His glory, while I was praising Him by the composition of His songs.

While I praised amongst the praising ones, and great was I amongst the mighty ones.
