WELL then, someone may ask, if Reason is master of the passions why is it not master of forgetfulness and ignorance?

Wherefore He pitied me in His abundant grace: and granted me to ask from Him and to receive from His sacrifice:

Ask, and abound and abide in the love of the Lord,
